Your JPAR.net email is  [your firstname + lastname]@jpar.net (no spaces). This is a forwarding email address. Emails sent to your JPAR.net email will automatically forward to the gmail account that you provided on your onboarding survey. There is nothing for you to set up, unless you want to send mail from that address:

If you're not receiving emails to your Gmail address from your JPAR.net email:

  1. Wait. Emails can take 1-2 minutes to arrive.
  2. Check your Spam folder in your account and try searching to:JPAR.net in:all in your Gmail search bar
  3. Make sure you are using the right Gmail account. This should be the same one as the one you gave us while completing your onboarding survey. If you don't know what Gmail address we have on file, email support@JPAR.com and we can look it up for you.
  4. If you are expecting a specific email to have come through, email support@JPAR.com with the sender, subject, and date of the email and we can try to look through the server logs to see what came through and whether our mail server encountered any errors.


If you want to keep your personal and work emails separate, set up a new Gmail account at gmail.com and email support@JPAR.com to change your forwarding address.
