First step is to change your name with TREC. Please fill out the form and submit it to TREC. The email where you will submit it to is in the form. Here is the link https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/change-name-license-holder
Step Two: Once TREC has changed your name in you License, let us know so we can change your name in JPARs systems. You have to fill out a new W9 with your new name and new address (if applicable)
