Neither the Broker Support team nor the Mentorship team mentors agents with Commercial transactions. You can assist clients with commercial transactions, only if you have the knowledge, background, experience and have previously closed on commercial transactions, at least 6. Commercial real estate entails many different areas such as multifamily, industrial, manufacturing, leasing, office, retail and more. 

We require that you refer out or get mentoring with a commercial agent. Below is a link to our JPAR Commercial agents. You cannot do a commercial transaction by yourself until you've closed 6 with help from a commercial agent.
