For your domain, you'll want to update the SPF record in Godady or other domain provider from this:
v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -all
To this:
v=spf1 include:secureserver.net include:sendgrid.net -all

Godaddy etc support should be able to assist with that update if that last sentence sounds like Greek to you. If you've updated the SPF record and are still experiencing issues, you can also contact kvCORE support (kvcore@insiderealestate.com) and see if they'd be able to provide you with DKIM records to add to your domain as well.

kvCORE has a more technical article about this topic: Email Deliverability

In short, emails can go to spam for a few reasons:
1. Copy: The text in your email is spammy and is tripping spam filters.
2. Domain configuration: The domain name or email address you're sending emails from has gotten spam infractions (1 spam complaint out of every 1,000 emails is enough to land you in spam).
3. Structure: the emails being sent out are not structured properly.

The first thing we recommend trying if your emails from kvCORE are going to spam is to try changing the email that you're sending emails from in kvCORE:
1. Go to connect.jpar.com> Name on top right > My Profile. If you are doing this on behalf of an agent in your office, go edit their profile in the Agents screen.
2. Change the "From email". Ideally, change this to an email address on a domain name that you own. A gmail address could also work.

Reminder of the JPAR domain name policy: To better protect our trademark and branding, agents and offices are not able to register domain names containing the term "JPAR".

If that doesn't work, you can run your newsletters through mail-tester.com In order to do this:
1. Go to mail-tester.com
2. Copy the email address provided and use it to create a new lead within your Smart CRM
3. Send a newsletter or alert to this email through your Smart CRM
4. Return to mail-tester.com 5 minutes later and see the technical details of why your email may have a high spam score. Pro Tip: save the URL of the "Checking out the inbox of..." page if you want to use the same email for testing in the future.
Ultimately, email deliverability can be a bit of an art. If there was a specific list of things that you could do (except "not send bulk emails") then all of the spammers would do it and diminish the effectiveness of spam filters.
