The app is cobranded, it allows agents to share with buyers and for their buyers to apply

for a loan. The app guides buyers through the mortgage process from application to

close. Once Pre Approved agents can change pre approval letter amounts to match

purchase price when needed. Also, agents are notified throughout the loan process

from pre approval to funding.
