The following offices must get MLS from GFWAR:
• Keller
• Fort Worth
• Southlake
• Burleson
• Willow Park
Arlington and Mansfield Offices must get MLS from ARBOR.
Cleburne Office must get MLS from Johnson County.
Flower Mound office must get MLS from GLAR.
*Cedar Hill and Oak Cliff offices must get MLS from Metrotex.
*IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Currently, Cedar Hill and Oakcliff are the only offices that are set up to receive mls services from Metrotex.
2. If your JPAR home office is anywhere, aside from Cedar Hill or Oakcliff , please be sure that you apply for mls services with the correct board from the list above.
METROTEX TRANSFER PROCESS:
Is your primary board membership with METROTEX?
If your primary board is Metrotex, you will also need to fill out a status change form to update your brokerage info with them. The form is in under the Metrotex folder. This will greatly reduce the chance of having your MLS service disrupted.
