JPAR does not have access to any additional resources for apartment locating. I've heard of some Mentees Googling or driving the areas that the client is looking in. You will just want to make sure you contact the communities before the client visits to see what that specific community requires to make sure you are eligible for payment.
Don't forget to send in the Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement & IABS for review by a Mentor before the client signs it. Once the client signs the lease you will upload everything into Dotloop, the CDA department will review everything and then generate an invoice for the apartment community.
