We did extensive due diligence to find the best solution in the market. We looked
at virtually every solution to solve for the following:
1. Our current TD solution was not providing a consistent great user
experience
2. Our current solution did not provide us the ability to continue to scale the
company
3. We wanted the best user experience for the agent, buyer, seller
4. We wanted the best integration with compliance, CDA and related
financial aspects, plus other 3 rd party integration
5. We wanted to provide time saving for the agent and minimize manual
data entry
6. We wanted a robust forms library and ease in updating and modifying
forms
7. The platform had to have a robust mobile interface
8. We wanted agents who use Transaction Desk to be able to continue to do
so in generating and eSign documents, then upload to DotLoop for
compliance and CDA
