Yes, but please understand that by default, an agent will be onboarded to dotloop using their JPAR.net email. Using the JPAR.net email allows us to better track agents across the various JPAR systems and make it easier for the systems to talk to each other. If it is affecting the agent’s ability to use Dotloop correctly, agents can update their Dotloop email by going to their account on the top right and updating their email.

If they get an error saying that the email they want to change to is already in use, there are 2 solutions:

  1. If the new jpar.net account hasn’t been used yet: 
    Email support@jpar.com to delete the agent’s current dotloop account and have a new Dotloop account set up on their preferred email address.

  2. If the account has already been used: Follow Dotloop’s instructions to execute a 3-Way Email Exchange
