Below is the best practice and it's VERY simple to follow. 


If your account is still active at your old brokerage: 


1. Export their leads from JPAR Connect by BoldTrail - this article explains how to do that.  https://help.insiderealestate.com/en/articles/3330181-kvcore-importing-exporting-your-contacts
2. Fill out the agent transfer form. Here is the form - https://insiderealestate.formstack.com/forms/kvcore_profile_transfer_request

3. Done


If your account has been deleted by your old brokerage: 


1. you will need to reach out to support via JPAR Connect by BoldTrail kvCORE@insiderealestate.com to reactivate their account however,  JPAR Connect by BoldTrail  will charge you $199 to reactivate your account.  JPAR Connect by BoldTrail  will then restore your leads,   You will also have to fill out the agent transfer form after that.  The link is here:  https://insiderealestate.formstack.com/forms/kvcore_profile_transfer_request


2. or If you downloaded your contacts before you left, you can upload the CSV to JPAR Connect by BoldTrail   This method will not be      able to save any notes you made on your contacts.
