For when there are no listings showing when trying to single out to advertise or send to clients, you may need to sign an IDX agreement, especially if you are new. It may take up to a week from the creation of your website to have your IDX feed go live. NTREIS has put a step in between creation and going live. You may need to sign an agreement. If so they will email it to you. Sorry for the delay.
