This can happen when an agent logs into their account prior to a website being created for them.  If it's still not appearing, they'll need to log out and back in for it to appear.  I did check her account and it is appearing on my end as shown below.
If logging out and back in doesn't work for her, she'll need to clear cache in Chrome.  To clear cache:
Mac: Press ⌘ CMD + ⇧ Shift + DEL and then select "ALL TIME" from the "Time range" menu. After that, just click the Clear Data button.

PC: Press CTRL + SHIFT & DEL and then select "ALL TIME" from the "Time range" menu.  After that, just click the Clear Data button.
