We provide referral fees for introductions for qualified franchisees who sign franchise agreements with us.
Typically a strong referral would be one or more of:
- Someone who already owns a real estate brokerage to convert to a JPAR Brokerage
- Someone who has experience managing a real estate brokerage or large team of REALTORS®
- An influential producer in a market who could recruit agents to join their office
- Someone who is interested in investing in a franchise with JPAR. (We can connect investors to experienced operators who need funding.)
