After three transactions are finalized in the back office, the agent is automatically removed/graduated from the program and the systems. This can take up to 3 weeks to finalize depending on when the JPAR check arrives at corporate from the title company on your 3rd closing.
Agent is then added to the monthly graduation flyer that is published - typically goes out middle of month for previous month and is posted to FB.
