What is the CMA Builder?
The CMA Builder will generate a PDF report on a specific property, using a 3rd party data service to compile historical sales and other area data automatically. This PDF can then be saved and printed by you to give to your client, or to include in a door knocking package or presentation.
How to Access the CMA Builder
1. Click on Lead Engine on the left hand side of your kvCORE Dashboard.
2. Click on 'Get Started' in the CMA Builder Box.
To Build a CMA
Simply fill in all of the fields as accurately as possible, and click the 'BUILD CMA' button.
After a short loading time, you will be prompted to download and save your PDF.
