JPAR Connect by BoldTrail  Tasks (Reminders)


You can create to-do tasks/reminders in JPAR Connect by BoldTrail .


Once created, they will appear in your tasks list on the dashboard.



They will also appear in your contact's timeline:


And also in the task manager at the far right hand side of your contact details page:



Tasks appear in-line with calls and scheduled calls. To complete them, simply click on the checkbox to the far right.



If your JPAR Connect by BoldTrail account is synced to Google, the system will import your Google Tasks into the task list.


How to create tasks


Tasks are added under quick actions, or on the contact details page at the far right.



Opening either link shows you the add a task dialog:



Title - The title of the task will appear in the list of tasks, underneath the contacts' name.

Details - The details of the task is like a note, that will appear on your contacts' timeline if needed.

Date - The date that you want to schedule the task for.

Time - The time you want to schedule the task for. This is primarily used when syncing tasks to Google (If your Google Account is synced.)
