You can Sync your Google Account or Microsoft Account to kvCORE. You will learn how to use the various sync settings as well as learn how to disconnect your account if you need to.
Sync Features
- Imports emails you have sent to your leads that are in kvCORE, into their timeline. So, when you open a lead or contact in kvCORE, you see their email history.
- Sync Tasks/Reminders. The tasks you create in kvCORE will be synced to your Google Tasks list. Click here for more info on Google Tasks, it's pretty neat!
- Option to Sync Calendar. You can see your Google Calendar in your kvCORE dashboard if you want.
Microsoft
- Imports emails you have sent to your leads that are in kvCORE, into their timeline. So, when you open a lead or contact in kvCORE, you see their email history.
Sync Instructions
Setting up either Google or Microsoft is essentially the same process. In the instructions below we will show both at once.
Step 1 - Find the mail icon at the upper right of the dashboard, and choose your sync option.
Step 2 - Sign into the account your chose.

Note - you may need to verify your login if prompted. This is normal.

Step 3 - Verify Permissions, click 'Yes' or 'Allow' if prompted.

That's it!
Changing Sync Options or Disconnecting Sync
You can quickly and easily change your Sync at any time, simply click on the mail icon and click the Google or Microsoft settings link.
Google Settings
You can sync your email or calendar separately with a Google account.
When syncing calendar, reload your dashboard after saving your settings to see the update.
Click on the red 'Disconnect' button to sever the link between kvCORE and your Google account shown at the upper right corner.
Microsoft Settings
At this time, you may only sync emails to kvCORE.
You can disconnect your Microsoft sync at any time using the red disconnect button.
