To adjust how you receive alerts on new leads, you'll need to adjust lead routing:


1. Click Dropdown In Top Right & Click "Lead Routing"


2. Click "+ New Rule" To Create A New Rule Or Click "Edit" To Edit Existing Rule

One Rule We'd Recommend Creating Is New Leads That "Visited Your Subdomain"


3. Add Lead Routing Name


4. Select Source & Lead Type


5. Decide How You Want To Get Notified Via "Distribution Configuration"


6. Click "Add Rule" Button To Save


Important: If you select Call or SMS, it will call or text the cell phone you have listed in your profile. Please make sure that is up to date and correct 


Please allow a few hours for updating your preferences. Durin the updating time it is still possible to receive alerts the way before the update. So make sure to still keep an eye on it!
