Opcity fee is 40% commission split payable at close
Payment is sent through JPAR. ALWAYS tag leads in Transaction Desk as Opcity .
In Transaction Desk Go to DETAILS > AGENT COMMISSIONS > Add as OPCITY as an agent, put them on the right 'representing' side (listing/selling) and give them 0 end count and 40% of the commission.
