Enter the entire amount that the check will be cut for to JP & Associates. On the commission section put the percentage or amount that the other agent is getting. Please make sure that the name listed on the payout is the tenant agent’s broker NOT the agent name. We will cut a check to you and the other broker at the same time. Please make sure we have a W-9 filled out by the other broker on file in transaction desk.
